It will be started by the Democrats but finished by those who exercise their rights to carry. In Europe the big banks quietly took people's savings as in Europe people are not armed when several banks failed such as in Greece. Here in the US that wouldn't fly well.

I think they'll attempt bail-ins of the banks here eventually.

The banksters will flee the country during any internal conflict.
