What the heck is an IP2?

People keep talking about IP2 on here, and people on Ruqqus also keep talking about IP2 on Saidit. I'm out of the loop. What was it? A virus?

Ice_Poseidon2 was a sub on here used by kids to throw low IQ insults at each other, make fun of anything that should be taken seriously and basically just being giant smelly unwiped assholes. I for one will not miss it.
