To be clear, this does not prevent a blocked user from commenting or looking at content from the user who blocked them like twitter does, right?

Its just a local block?

I tried blocking the OP of this thread, it made the entire thread invisible on the homepage. when i unblocked the op, i could see the page again on the homepage.

would it be interesting to block all users?
