Excuse me, but no. NO. Reddit actively drove away people who didn't conform to the hivemind. Reddit actively discouraged certain topics but allowed others. And now you're trying to blame it on the people who were silenced? Forgive me for the hyperbole, but it's the same as saying that a woman was raped because she was asking for it or that the Jews brought nazism upon themselves. Don't be ridiculous.
