People are now hitting the 'fun' upvote to troll posters laughing at their comment, etc. Just want the admins to be aware.

Eh, on the app all it shows is how many points you get, so overall it does not matter, and boosts the thread anyhow.

The only way you can downvote here really is to just not vote at all.

There have always been people that use the fun vote in that way.
It still drives up the popularity rating for that thread.

I've always used the fun vote because I find something funny or entertaining lol, sometimes I use both just because why not? It's not like you have to pick one to give.

I'm always tempted to use it whenever I see ridiculous conspiracy theories, but I also always stop myself.

It still doesn't downvote a thread or a comment, in fact it still counts as an upvote. So I'm ok with it.
