In a nutshell, saidit is more centrist, voat is more far-right leaning (and saidit was created because we didn't like the bias at voat or reddit), and ruqqus is new. Hope that helps. Saidit also has a unique voting system that lets you sort by insightful or fun, and has no downvotes so your opinion can't be censored by downvote groups.
