Reddit. In his last post he said the site was getting, "a pretty well-orchestrated attack coming from literally billions of IP addresses." so I doubt it's just some kid with a shitty little program. I don't really know what the prices are for botnets and stuff but I'd guess it'd cost quite a lot for what was being done the other day. Or maybe it's Cloudfare, forcing their customers to upgrade and buy better protection.
