IP2 baiting home invader to do more. Playing a dangerous continueing to allow this Saidit Admins. A week ago the same person was encouraged by someone involved with IP2 to invade Ices home in the middle of the night.

I'll be honest. I'm treading on dangerous water here.

I don't like IP2. But I feel like people who post these posts need to be banned.

I've seen many other people "Taking Down The Pyramid Of Debate" who have been banned for far less.

It's EXTREMELY obviously that these are NOT people who have SaidIt's best interest at heart. They are just brigaders.

That said. I don't "like" IP2 but I'm very very fine with them having a platform here. If they have a platform here, then these people need to provide some formal level of complaint, which clearly they are unable to.

The Anti-IP2ers need to go.

No. Speaking for myself here but the whole point of this board is that even the most ridiculous observations are put to the public so they can be de-constructed. Censorship of these people would be hugely hypocritical. The less people are afraid to engage, the more people can learn from one another.

Again, as an IP2 member, I'm going to be honest with you too:

They are just brigaders.

This part is true to a degree. Some of them do preform brigades. But those who do it, almost always do it for "morally just" reasons. They don't pick on, attack or harass people who are down or are good individuals. They target people who do fucked up shit to others. And again, this isn't all of IP2.

I apologize, I misread. Also, when I comment in these threads, my comments honestly aren't completely directed at the person I'm responding to; I'm trying to address what was said so everyone who reads it understands (which is why I also include references). IP2 is misunderstood in many ways, and this stuff gets annoying so I want to make things as clear as possible and not let these idiots take over when these threads pop up.. It worked on Reddit, and it is easy to make us look bad.. It's not like we don't have our own batch of degenerates.

Viewers dont control the actions of the streamers. We merely document what happens in the IRL streaming world and comment on it as we are allowed to do because we have a thing called freedom of speech. And that streamer has already been discouraged for his actions multiple times during both instances youve made threads about but of course you wont mention the countless threads that disprove your statements.

Where I differ from the OP is that I would not frame the title as such. Saying that what the saidit admins are doing is "dangerous", with the implication that they should act. That's a fool's errand. No action will be taken. If they were censored here, they would just move elsewhere. IP2 donates heavily to saidit and drives a lot of traffic their way. And they always act with a large degree of plausible deniability. As I write this, the top post on IP2 is one which encourages these acts to continue and escalate, by virtue of receiving the most attention. But people will brigade this thread with their propaganda, sewing misinformation, alleging that any detractors are alts.

It's all just a game to them. Safe behind their screens, it makes them laugh and feel a degree of power.

All anyone can do is point out the truth. People in this community are going to continue encouraging the stalking and harassment of livestreamers. They will dox and provide an incentive for individuals to take action IRL. People will argue here and provide moral justifications, or say it's just a few bad apples. But eventually someone will be killed, and lives will be torn apart. And we will all be complicit.

IP stands for Ice Poseidon who was originally one of the biggest "IRL streamers". IP was originally a subreddit/community that was Ice Poseidon (or Paul's) fan-base. At first, everything was chill for the first few years, then he moved out to LA and after around a year or two, there was a stretch of time (which lead to where we are now), where he started doing cocaine on streams (got caught a few times, sometimes the camera would drop accidentally and show a straw with coke on his counter), and his ego went to his head big time. He had "Streamer Mansions" full of streamers who were drug addicts and would literally sexually assault people, they referred to drugs on stream "as stickies and power-ups" so they wouldn't get banned from twitch.

This moment was the definitive moment when half of his fan-base woke up, finally admitted what a degenerate and asshole he was (as well as the fact that his streams are fake and he scripts them and doesn't care if he actually hurts people while doing so), and split off into what's known as "IP2" shortly after, which is a streaming community that watches multiple streamers. This was another.

Things truly hit the fan when it was exposed that Ice Poseidon was flirting with and trying to engage in threesome with a 13-year-old girl he met online (and then in person, in Japan), and have his current girlfriend participate (he's in his mid 20's). While live streaming, he was on discord switching through his DM/PM's to show viewers something, and switched to his DM's with the 13-year-old girl by accident, and this is what it said. Before he realized and deleted the streaming VOD, many people took screen shots. He also paid off Chris Hansen who was investigating him due to this. This whole 13-year-old girl thing IP2 was investigating on Reddit is part of the reason Ice Poseidon had IP2 banned from Reddit.

tl;dr In a sentence, IP2 is a streaming community filled with all types of characters, the majority of which expose degeneracy, some enjoy to watch it, and some just enjoy the drama and freeze peach.

With a focus on free speech, it is filled with memes and biting humor interspersed with bald faced white supremacy and a focus on targeted harassment and manipulation to produce as much "content" as possible for the community. "Content" is overwhelmingly that which is contentious and/or shocking. Drama, fights, and police interactions always receive the most attention, and as such the community seeks to cultivate them on stream as much as possible.
