VPN users banned from IRC Chat? Is this a new rule? I use a VPN, and overnight I was banned from IRC. Is this because of the Snow situation?

I'll see if I can loosen up some settings. I didn't realize unrealircd was checking ips.

    Yes, these services think you have a spammer ip, I'm not sure how they decide that:
