Change thumbnail size in app?

is it possible to have larger or full screen images while browsing in app. searched in the app settings but cannot find any settings to change the image size. I'm new to said it, if this wrong place to post please point me in right direction

If you turn your phone in landscape mode, sometimes that'll squeeze the thumbnails less so they render larger, when browsing the website.
Also, it's not really fully-supported but we do have https://m.saidit.net/ which has huge thumbnails.
If you're using the android app, I don't think there's a way to adjust the thumbnails size.

The Android app is essentially RedReader so you can search based on that name and maybe find something.
