Since our hurried move back to the US after our Swiss servers got overwhelmed by a DDOS and they rejected us as clients mid-contract, we haven't had IRC chat. It was a potential source of our IP leak, and we think we've now resolved that issue so we're bringing IRC back.

Thanks to u/d3rr for getting our chat back online and working, now on its own separate IRC server, separate from the saidit main server. This means if one goes down it won't affect the other. It also means they have different IP addresses, which protects the main server.

Now, like before, every sub has its own IRC chat channel automatically created and put in the sidebar. Chat can be disabled in your user preferences, or if you're a mod it can be disabled for the sub in the sub settings.

Lastly, we added some banner animations to the header banner image, that make it move around to give it some depth, and added some final CSS fixes for narrow screens.
