I'm not a huge fan of it but it depends on what exactly is being done, this kind of thing I have to evaluate on a case-by-case basis. It's one thing to have a bit of fun, it's another thing to destroy other people's ability to communicate to silence them. The former is fine, the latter is not, and there's a whole spectrum in between that we'll have to judge the character of as it comes along.

just defer to what's allowed by US law. good base of law starting with ppl who fought against oppressive faggot kings with unjust power so it has a good balance in favor of ppl's freedom while protecting against actual injury
