Can you guys make voting like reddit why does a downvote have to be a happy face and count as a 'fun' vote, thats retarded

i have an idea how about if a comment gets downvoted it doesnt get censored? Simple solution. I dont want to have a debate everytime i disagree with someone especially when theyre just trolls and not genuine.

Then just ignore them and move on. The lack of an upvote is a downvote on saidit

Why are you guys trying to be different, youre not going to grow your site by doing stuff like this. People come here because they were kicked off reddit and when they see the voting system is completely different they get turned off and go to a different site. The way reddit is setup is perfect, you dont need to make changes.
