The commies have satellites watching. When the tanks arrive on trains, they'll know and destroy them immediately. Everyone who can think should already know this. Ergo: The sending of tanks to ukraine is a money laundering operation, or a convenient obsolete-arms disposal tactic.

By train would be too obvious. Most probably, they'll arrive individually on flatbeds (trucks) disguised in to a shopping centre, assembled what need be then driven from there.

Difficulty: The M1 is a full pallet-width wider than a normal trailer. The're yuuuuge. 200 of something that is on a wide-load shipment is going to be visible from space.
