They are not stumped. They know exactly why Russia is not blitzing Ukraine but to admit that is because Russia is carrying out limited strikes to destroy military infrastructure while causing minimum loss of life does not fit their propaganda narrative so they claim to be stumped.

Well, looks like they don't actually need a no fly zone.

It is possible they dont have enough combat capable pilots or they are trying to minimize the use of the ones they currently have.

It seems odd to me they are all overweight.

I used to know some people in the navy they were recruiting a lot of women pilots because they actually had a weight limit on the role and a lot of fit men were too heavy.
