What I find weird, are the Habsburgs; they ran everything, were everything, and now supposedly not? Weird. It's really weird how 'power' flows.

Power doesn't last forever. Although the funny thing is it's probably the same pile of money that has just changed hands

In Austria? Maybe. They're mostly in London and France and Switzerland now, in my understanding. Probably a good PR move to sell this place, and it's probably run-down or something anyway lol
