This video is a lie. Hitler wanted Pius XII dead, although it would have been a huge risk. Pius XII was working with German patriots trying to kill Hitler. He stopped talking in 1943 about Jews so as not to bring attention on German conspirators

David Kertzer was writing sympathy books for Communism in Italy way back in the 80's. I'm hardly surprised that someone bitter and disappointed over the fall of atheistic dictatorships, a system of belief murdering more people than anything else in history, has a hate quest against the Catholic Church.

Anybody not suffering from chronic bigotry knows that the Chief Rabbi of Israel himself praised, with evidence, Pope Pius XII for saving more Jews during WWII than everyone else combined.
