Both? He probably has many children and is killing other people's children to secure more food for his own. This strategy may be not optimal outside of Africa, but I don't see why he would suddenly go extinct.

They weren't dating. I don't think. She gave him a job at her bed and breakfast. He stole from her, she fired him, he killed her. Supposedly, 'cause the guy conveniently ended up dead in a lake. Seems like the perfect person to frame.
