I nuked my last serious friendship by breaking the first rule.

I told our mutual social group my friend was emotionally abusing her boyfriend and she stopped speaking to me.

Have you thought about the idea that she was the stone spreading slimy goo and you just held her a mirror in which she was forced to see how ugly she actually is ?

Like actual "friends" help you to smell your own bullshit, when you yourself can't ?

I didn't just tell her to her face, I told the whole group.

This my most applied concept, too. Eventhough i derived it from:

"Every theory has to have the immanent principle of failing in "reality" built-in. Otherwise it is a waste of time and / or to think about it.
