If you turn someone down rudely they'll think "what an arsehole, I've dodged a bullet there." and leave you alone. It's a win for both of you.
There's really no way to reject someone without hurting their feelings, rejection always hurts. If you are too nice you risk them not taking the rejection seriously because that's easier for them and then you end up with a stalker.

I've never turned down a female even if I don't like her, I always end up fucking her and dating her for a week then breaking up with her nicely, like making up a story that I have to move to another city
it's nicer than saying no and making her insecure
