this is the number one mistake of all modern males, thinkin that "she" is different. Seriously, if there are modern women who are exceptions to the rule, they are EXCEEDINGLY rare. I mean, infinitesimally so. On the other hand there are many modern women who hide their true nature. thus whenever you spend time on a girl you think is an exception, you're setting yourself up to fail. Hypergamy, monkey -branching, etc.. are apart of women's nature, you will literally never find an exception to AWALT even if you search you're entire life.

I know. She presented herself in a "I'm so different" way on social sites. Before she set her facebook profile to private, she esentially only posted black and white artistic type photos of buildings and places, yet she had over 500 followers (not friends) nonetheless. I had crush on her. The guy has kids who are of the same age as her or even older. It might be she is an inexperienced young girl and her boss took an advantage of it - he bought her gifts, paid for her expenses and managed to provide her "premium pays", which she found exciting and overwhelming, or she is just one of the millions of hot sluts who has been well aware of her social capital ever since she started menstruating, and she was actually the one who exploited the boss for her own benefit.

Chicks date across and up the social hierarchy, end of story. This is no different than all the female monkeys in the group vying for the attentions of the dominant male. It's the main strategy females of the species have employed for as long as there have been primates to ensure their offspring are protected and have a chance to survive.

Also they have a very small window for using appearance to gain advantage.

Not my projection since I am well aware of my own insecurities and anxieties. He is in the dominant job position, yet acts like a cuck around women and oftentimes like a submissive beta guy when encountered by the people from the management - despite being tall and rather good-looking for his age. And him being arrogant is just an observable fact because he loves showing off and has that textbook-like "haughty look".
