My solution to that is completely detaching myself from that as in not treating myself as potential human being in eyes of others. I treat myself as an inevitable bug - I speak when asked, I do not ask questions if it's not mandatory or necessary, I do not joke with people, I don't talk about myself. Doing anything extra, than the complete bare minimum will be used against me at some point one way or another

Thanks that is some good advice. I will take it into practice since its sometimes just unavoidable and I hope it will make it bearable.
