I did it for the first time at 28, know personally of a dude who lost it in his mid 40s. Honestly, yes, not having that early life experience makes everything harder, but If you still have the willpower and your dick, it's never too late. People who gave up or who are low-libido and anti-social to the point of not wanting to have any sex at all (or at least not wanting it bad enough to make substantial efforts to get it) are probably stuffing those stats to be honest.
