pretty sure you can sue someone who doesnt fire you for a legitimate reason

Group building exercises are an infuriating waste of time, but skipping them is definitely a legal cause for firing if it makes them mad enough to get rid of a productive worker. If they need you bad enough you can get away with this for a while, but its a dangerous game

I mean, it's after my hours of work and my job doesn't specifically require me to attend some shitty integrations outside of work hours to do things which are outside of scope of my work.

It isn't specified I need to go for a beer after job hours as an employee I think. But I am almost sure they will get rid of me. If that happens, I will humbly accept my state and rot till I die. Sad life of a subhuman.

Oh its after work and not required? Yeah fuck that dude, you should be fine then. We have mandatory ones during work hours occasionally

Well, then I would go obviously, I wouldn't even mind that if it was required. I just refuse to befriend those people - I can talk during work hours, go to grab a coffee or whatever, but outside of job, I want to go home and not do some random shit with people who want me there to just check whether I am sperg or not.

I don't like my coworkers all that much either. As for your original question, AFIAK I don't think they can fire you for not going to those

They'll just find a "real" reason that they would ignore for normal employees
