You also definitly want to make sure your doing pullups and not a chin up. So in other words use and over hand grip and not underhand. Because underhand works the bicep more and overhand works the back more, and your already doing bicep curls, so youll be neglecting your back muscles if you use a suppinated grip

So there is an issue - I can do like one proper pull up with overhand instead of underhand. I suspect my wrists honestly, they are really weak and it causes issues for many excercises. But I will progress it anyway

do you understand reps and sets now, or should I re-explain it?

I mean, I understood them since the start, but I wonder whether I do:

  • (one set of excercise 1, one set of excercise 2 ... )x4

  • (four sets of excercise 1, four sets of excercise 2...)x1

You should always do fours sets of exercise one, then four sets of exercise two. then four sets of exercise three.
