if you cant do diamond pushups then thats fine you can replace them with normal pushups or tricep dumbell extensions. Also if r=rest day then this is what your schedule should look like A day - B day- R - A - B - R - A - B - R

If you want a schedule that will get you fit but isnt as extreme do this: A - B - R - R - A - B - R - A - B - R - R - A - B - R - A basically every other cycle do 2 rest days instead of one
