Are you on the autism spectrum?

Your feelings of underdevelopment don't seem to have anything to do with your fear of having finished your life. Why do you feel like you've finished your life if you've got so much you haven't done yet?

In terms of social life, there is nothing that I will be able to do, because it includes more than just me. Social 'achievements' are out of scope of possibilities. For life I was just trying to reach those which weren't social achievements and I did all that I ever wanted. So I think, it does have something to do with that.

For what? I mean there are thousands of activities like this, that I could do, but there is no reason to do so.

To get your out of your own asshole, up which your head is stuck. Do something good for someone else for its own sake and help yourself thereby.

What's hilarious is you thinking you've got it all figured out.

I don't really care about helping others, when I am not enjoying myself on this gay Earth. I used to help, people take it for granted and not give a shit.

Right. Because you're stuck up your own ass like I said.

I feel I need to go on a diet, twice a year I used to go for a keto to lose excess of weight, but I could try to shake this fat that I have. You could help me with some basement routine with dumbells (up to 20kg on each) and body weight exercises.

I can help you. You could do a body building split.(days dedicted to muscle groups: leg days, arm day, back day) or a push pull spit (pull day, push day, leg day.) or full body day (every exercise in 1 day with rest days inbetween.

a bench would be very useful but if thats too expensive you cn still exercise

I'd rather do arm / chest / back, I do legs on my long walks. Plus, I need to lose belly fat but it's done by diet, not gym.

Ok I have a workout split written down that you can do, but there are some particulars about it that depend on your individual circumstances. How old are you

Your hobbies are things that can be enjoyed alone, for their own sake, and as an adult. People watch movies by themselves and discuss them online. This doesn't work for the latest blockbusters, but try a Kubrick or Lynch film. It's the same with music. People don't collect LPs just so they can listen to them with their wives. There's a game I was very much into a few years ago, to the point I paid less attention to women. I loved the challenge of trying to win in tournaments, that's what occupied my mind. And do you see your cat as an object? People love their pets without any reference to what kind of status they get from them. Also, I don't see where you get the idea that any of these hobbies are for teenagers. If you don't enjoy your hobbies, maybe you should look for different ones.

I think you compare yourself too much to others. You don't know what life's like for them, the grass is always greener on the other side. Take people's comment that they don't have much time. Many of them probably wish had more time for hobbies, or time away from their wife who isn't into the same things.

If you're happy in your own person (which you can be), you won't be envious of others. You'll be more likely to be happy for them. When I interact with my friends' children, they're experiences I'm grateful for. I'm happy I can have interaction with children without having any myself. To be honest, that's probably the big difference between us, I've never really wanted to have children. But when I see people kiss or walk hand in hand, I don't get jealous of that either.

I am fine with my hobbies and they are enjoyable, problem is that I also want to socialize, but it's not something that I can do - it requires not only me to want it. I'm just saying, that none of those activities that I do is leading anywhere closer to that.
