I'm not 100% sure because it doesn't mention anyone specific, but I'm pretty sure this breaks saidit's rules against promoting violence. u/magnora7 will have to clarify this one and I'll leave it for him to remove if necessary.

In the context of the fact they posted it 4 times and that's all they've ever posted, I'd say it warrants removal as well as user ban as they're just clearly spamming nonsense to get people agitated and lower the quality of the board

Seems like a questionable case to me. He is expressing a desire in a rant and clearly being hyperbolic. There are several users that regularly make worse comments than this about black people in a far more serious context. Go take a look at some of the comments in my posts in PoliceMisconduct. They have all sorts of comments saying its good that cops are beating and killing black people. Amazingly, nothing happens when I report these comments, even though you motherfuckers (not you personally I know, but you are still part of the team) keep taking my posts down and banning my accounts.

It's worse if they're saying a specific person should be hurt, but I think it's still against the rules either way. The main reason saidit has that rule is to avoid getting in legal trouble or getting dropped.

If you're seeing those comments my guess is the admins just missed them. Please report them to u/magnora7, or any admin once this matter is clarified. You could also use the normal report form that goes to sub mods, admins can see that too.

Were you given a reason why your previous accounts were banned? I might be able to give some insight.

"Dragging down the discussion". Even though I wasn't involved in any discussion, only posting silly things that aren't against the rules. This is obviously being used in a bad faith way to justify curating topics that magnora does not like, yet will not address with actual rules. You cant drag a discussion down the pyramid without responding to comments

Ive also had many posts removed as 'spam' which were from news articles. This isn't 'spamming', as I am not promoting my own content or promoting any products or posting content in the wrong sub. It is simply humor which magnora and soundsituation dont happen to appreciate. Magnora wants to stop my 'disgusting', posts as he calls them but knows he cant make a rule about no disgusting content as this would kill the site. Fuck him.

Amazing they have missed all 20+ of mine which, whatever, I understand theres a lot of spam, and more censorship isn't really what I want, but somehow they haven't missed any of my satirical accounts. I can post the same content on my main account and they wont ban me, only remove my post for spam, so there is definitely some very selective nonsense going on here.

It makes more sense to allow my shitposting alts, so people can BLOCK them if they dont like it. When they ban me and I have to make another, blocking becomes ineffective, and more people that don't enjoy my posts have to see them.

Also look at yoghurt in the few records that remain, that was one of mine. Magnora removed a post from a newszine about a woman who had to have surgery from health problems relating to holding in her farts rather than lettting them out. My account was banned right after.

It was just an amusing article to support not holding in your farts, gimme a fucking break, what rule does that break?

Mod logs only go back 2 months. This is derived from reddit, it's not something magnora did to cover up abuses.

Here is one about a dog that ripped off a mans genitials after he smeared his crotch with peanut butter. Magnora says it is 'disgusting' 'spam', and 'dragging down the pyramid', of which only the disgusting part is accurate. He banned me for that.

It was an article about sex dolls that look underage, I questioned whether such a victimless crime ought to be treated so harshly. This is a legitimate discussion and in no way advocating sexualization of children, but even worse are the times I have repeatedly pointed out REAL sexualiziation of children and they REFUSE to address it, once again showing the biased approach towards this

Actual post here, where Trident says its cool to fuck 10 year old girls and that ought to be that age of consent. My post about fucking plastic dolls is not worse than this, and that was a news article. This is a user actually sexualizing minors. Soundsituation even commented in this Post, its still apporoved. I even made ANOTHER post about it still being approved, despite the fact that they have still managed to remove all my fucking posts

A lot of retards are caused by vaccines during infancy. Seizures or strokes in a developing baby will severely fuck up someone and probably go massively underreported. That said, I've met a lot of retarded people who I liked a hell of a lot better than those that would be termed functioning.
