Modern transgenderism seems to treat the first kind of story are real already. Transgenders seek to enjoy a technological transformation. This seems unwise and ill judged.

The problem really is modern transgenderism — or more accurately: liberal transgenderism. LGBT Conservatives tend to act much better than LGBT Leftists.

Perhaps you will be able to change your sex in 2321, but the technology isn't here yet.

Most transgender folks don't think they can change their sex — it's usually cisgender Liberals who say crap like that (and usually only on the Internet) — and a lot of us, including me, don't want SRS.

I don't know how you're define "sex." Most transgender people who want a "sex change" just wants SRS, which means a fake vagina or penis.

Very few actually want to be able to sexually reproduce as the opposite sex (especially transgender women, for obvious reasons).

Pretty much no one wants to change their chromosomes, since there ain't really a reason to — they affect how your body develops, but I don't think changing them would suddenly change all your physical traits.

The only sane way to proceed is to picture yourself as the protagonist of the second kind of story. Does anybody even have to know about your personal disaster?

Your story says she's a real woman who got put in a man's body, so why should she be forced to behave like a man? Can she not live her life as she always have, but just adapt it to her new anatomy?

I think that your last line is what GenderCritical folk preach. Get rid of gender stereotypes. Let people be gender non-conforming. Then some-one in a man's body can be who they really are, whoever that really is; no questions asked.
