Is this really meant to help or is it big harma trying to get people on more medications. i do not know. Please do not take SSRIs.

There are many good examples that behavioral therapy can work just fine.

I wouldn't advise someone to take medications as a first measure. But especially if you got a combination of some of these i think it can be helpful. Especially when your therapists / doctors don't diagnose correctly or it takes them half your lifetime and you as a patient don't know which diagnoses actually exist.

Also: I like the style of their videos. Very accessible.

I agree that many doctors are simply trying to clear their workload and have little insight into a given person's problem. Others do care. To be discussed.
