I'm not much of a programmer but that sleep function seems dubious...

I'm not much of a programmer myself but it looks like "do nothing for 60 seconds then display 'no problemo'"

It solved a headphone/mic issue for me once. It's really only good at solving very surface level issues (such as mine was). Anything more complex than the bare basics and it won't do jack shit for you.
