THIS is the question that must be answered by each State. It is unarguable that a 'fetus' is alive. It is beyond question that she is a separate homo sapiens with her own genome. The question is, "when does she get human rights". This, apparently, is the answer in Louisiana (as it should be everywhere).

It never made sense how if a man gets charged with murder if he causes a miscarriage.
It would only make sense if abortion was also murder.
