seems like the deciding factor is that it takes pistol ammo, and the barrel length is under a legally set limit.
i am into slingshots atm :-) theraband gold powered little beauties that are good for small game upto 20m

I know what slingshots are, but the other stuff I had no idea so I DDG image searched and saw some really neat creative hand grips. I almost expected to find some crazy Joe Rogan compound-bow-like mechanism. Not even arm braces.

yes, therapy band. i cut a couple of Y natural forks and bought a rasp, a carving knife, imma make my own gear. i really like the compactness, lightness. i used to be a bow and arrow guy before. this fits into my back pocket
