Looked it up. His stairs were a little unsafe, and inconvenient.

Hey. Thanks for additional info..
It indeed looks a bit steep, but it is so much cheaper.

I think they could have kept the original stairs.
And pay the builder to make it to the "safer" specifications. This new stairs is so overly expensive..
