Not only was this police officer not trained properly (or refused to follow proper procedure), but he injected his own personal bias and emotional issues into the traffic stop. This was not a hammer looking for a nail. This was a cop looking to ruin someone's day for no other reason than personal gratification.

True, but that's why they can take ask for or get a warrant for a blood sample if they suspect drugs.
