It seems like the cop just reacted and then immediately realized his mistake. I assume if they thought they saw a weapon, then, they would've unloaded on him, rather than fire a single bullet and then rush towards the boy.

The kid might be disabled for life because of a moment of panic. That's fucked up.

Hundreds of kids got shot accidentally by criminals in the last years in Chicago and nobody gave a fly shit.

The police are public servants. They're supposed to, y'know... serve the public. Not shoot children in the back. Two different things.

Actually thanks to the left, the supreme court decided police have no duty to protect citizens. The point is where is the outrage over innocent children getting killed by stray bullets and gang hits every effing day. It's not uncommon in the hood for 8 - 21 year Olds to have guns and use them in areas like Chicago. No outcry over that but a cop has a split second decision in low light and chose wrong and its burn the city down again and destroy all of your neighbors lives. Maybe if Chicago would actually try to do something about ILLEGAL GUNS and crime shit like this wouldn't happen. Maybe if the left didn't push all that "cops hunt and kill black people" propoganda, shit like this wouldn't happen. But the rich white sjw's don't care about that, don't even blink until a mass shooting happens in their own back yard and then it's "mUh GuN cOnTrOl!!" and "gUnS aRe ScArY, only criminals and our tyrannical gov should have them!!!" It's frustrating for people who actually care about ALL of their fellow Americans no matter where they come from or what they look like. We want actual solutions not buzzwords, not more bad policy that doesn't work. Gun control has never done anything good for anyone, it has only gotten innocent people killed, and caused more crime because there is no opposition to evil. That's the point.

Kind of like Michael Brown, who, while unarmed and already shot four or five times while running for his life, was laying in a pool of his own blood. He purportedly "lunged menacingly" at the cop who chased him down and was shot point plank in the top of the head. No Congressional support that time.
