When police get physical there is absolutely zero chance of a positive outcome by resisting in any way. Suck it up and wait for that sweet settlement payout if you think your rights were violated.

If police are trying to crack your skull open you can either run and definitely 100% die or catch multiple felonies, or you can follow their instructions and not resist and have a chance at continuing with your life . And that’s assuming you live in BLM fantasy land where the police don’t have body cams, are driving around looking to crack skulls, AND are targeting people who aren’t committing a crime or putting up a fight.
