Two words: death penalty.

Sounds like a threat of violence.

It's not.

The Ninth Circuit concluded that a “true threat” is “a statement which, in the entire context and under all the circumstances, a reasonable person would foresee would be interpreted by those to whom the statement is communicated as a serious expression of intent to inflict bodily harm upon that person.” source

I know. I'm teasing TAM who was so quick to declare a bunch of stuff as violent rhetoric a few weeks ago.

He violated the NAP.

NAP?

The video is very ambiguous. Without context it can easily be nothing or something. I don't like that it's an old dude over a young girl, but it's far from concrete and it's FAR from MUCH worse criminal violations that occur elsewhere. Maybe it will unnecessarily ruin his life, maybe he deserves it. For that infraction, if it is one, he does NOT deserve the death penalty.

You're an Ancap, so I was just using language I thought you'd understand.

I think I figured it out: non-aggression principle. Never heard of NAP.

IMO violations of NAP doesn't deserve death penalty. Depending on the crime determines the time - or better: rehabilitation. But Western "justice" has almost nothing to do with justice, fairness, or corrections.

Close. I'm more soc than cap, but prefer voluntaryist.

that's only temporary, we need sustainable solution : back to christ

that's only temporary

Death is permanent.

we need sustainable solution : back to christ

Not everyone will believe — especially those possessed by demons.

The only practical solution is an authoritarian state with a strong military and police force.

You had a potentially reasonable point, but then you went and shit the bed and ruined your argument with bullshit.
