Rape is defined as 'unlawful sexual intercourse or any other sexual penetration of the vagina, anus, or mouth of another person, with or without force, by a sex organ, other body part, or foreign object, without the consent of the victim. It seems to me that does not include the swap of pussy, in return for no arrest. True, a pussy pass usually means a free ride, but barter does not equate to rape.

She didn't consent, did you read the article? Even if she had "consented" to having sex in exchange for not being arrested, it would be a cohersive abuse of authority and fall within the legal definition of rape. Are you seriously defending this officer and saying it's ok for them to not arrest women if they have sex with them?

The defense likely claimed that Cephas somehow consented to the act

Legally rape perhaps, but people have sex in exchange for goods and services all the time. Many relationships are formed on this principal.
