Release the bodycam footage so we can see what happened. Why does everyone always want to tell a story before any evidence is shown? It looks like he is holding a gun.

This footage is available. It's even been posted in other places on saidit. I have watched it and it is fucking disgrace. If you have seen the footage it's pretty obvious why the council voted unanimously to give the family 3 Million dollars.

Now whether that one officer who was way to jumpy committed a crime, I am not a court or a member of a jury. However, of the two officers the one who fired shots was in the least danger. The other officer had his weapon drawn and ready, but could see he was dropping his gun as soon he saw it was the police. He also never pointed the weapon at any of the officers. He just had it his side when he opened the door.

Perhaps hiding the fact that he had a gun and calling it murder indicates that OP is a faggot whether or not the facts of the case exist elsewhere for people to dig up.

The article mentions that Whitaker had a gun. Honestly, the headline/title of the article could be a lot better. It claims murder and last I checked that fact had not proven in court yet.

Anyways, again don't just read the headlines.
