Some account challenged a police officer's claim on twitter in my country. She asked him for his personal details so she could kick his ass but he refused so she pulled a few strings and got the account suspended.

Police are afraid of being held accountable for their actions.

What you are describing is not accountability for actions but silencing of speech. Leftists conflate the two in order to justify their disgusting tactics of intimidation, subversion, and censorship. Everyone should be allowed to say whatever the fuck they want. No one should be allowed to abuse the authority and power of the badge to unjustly attack others.

I've been threatened a few times for trying to film police misconduct. Here in Texas they'll steal your phone, beat you, and charge you with resisting arrest.

If we really want to fix this we need to put all those resisting charges under a microscope. That's their catchall. It's their excuse of why people show up in jail bloody and bruised.

One of the two times they did it to me the "evidence" of my resisting was a small red mark on an officer's arm. I don't know if he just pressed his hand there for a minute to cause it or he legitimately hurt himself beating me.

In no case did I directly cause that because I may not be the smartest person in the world but I don't go around hitting guys with guns. Or anyone for that matter. I'm not a fan of violence.

Think how much money we could save too, there's got to be millions of dollars in pensions for dirty cops and so much more if we looked at the ones turning a blind eye to this. They don't work in a vacuum, the dirty cops couldn't do this without their coworkers being complicit.

Which is how we know that every cop is dirty.
