apparently the criminals are running amock due to failed electronic monitoring system's, personally i think they dont want to enforce the law for the people protesting them, other than to attack them of course. but maybe im wrong, make your own decision.

because this is posted in this sub made me think the police is doing all the shooting for a second. did they try to lock up the criminals? usually that does the trick.
