It's a shame that the racists needed to push their ideology instead of having a real conversation about how bullshit this is no matter who it happens to.

In my world, we should double sentences for police because they ought to know better. Every slap on the wrist is an abomination.

I also think that no matter who, there needs to be a criminal action specifically for using the government to advance your crime. If that's murder by swatting, kidnapping and assault by false rape claim, or being a cop using your power to assault women, that's the same as using all the guns at once on someone, unlimited force.
