Guess he shouldn't have waved a rifle around out of his hotel room window. Probably shouldn't have disobeyed those lawful commands either. Oh well, oh well.

A criminal activist judge.

The cop with have seen prison if they had.

I reviewed this and the cop is clearly trigger happy and abusively over stepping bounds. The victim is unarmed in this instance.
