I really hope this company was bought out from the founder before this debacle! (edit: women founded and currently led, apparently). That professional women should be portrayed as "Dummies" infuriates me! That no one shut this down before the launch, shows me we ARE going to see more of this propaganda, although it may become more subtle for a short time. Ffs. Arghhhhh. Work hard, support yourself, help others, women get treated like this...

I remember one time an MRA claimed that being a nurse is an easy job, maybe along the lines of this relating to women and their laziness. Then, he was struck by another male MRA but this time he was a nurse. He told him off and the original MRA apolgized and realized that being a nurse isn't easy. Somewhere still blaming women. So laughable, if I could find the embarrassing post, I would.

Holy hell how embarrassing. Like was said earlier, how this got passed so many steps for them to release it, is ridiculous.

Rant alert.

I'm so pissed off about this! The article writer, Meridith Deliso. I know editors can do a number on a writer's submissions, but "insensitive" in the title! How about INSULTING? More accurate word IMO. And ending the article with an (female) apologist who says, in effect, Be Nice! Let (the clothing company) make mistakes and learn from those mistakes. WTF!!! As long as men aren't being slandered, no big deal, right? Learning by beating down women is a tradition!

And to specifically make her a DO! I almost took that track myself. DOs are less locked in to pills a/o excessive, drastic surgeries, as curatives. My Family GP, a male DO, was the most awed, concerned, and supportive of women's health issues- he recognized women's bodies aren't the same as men's, and women usually suppress pain, unlike men. He referred me to a gyno so I could get my tubes tied at 23 yo, and my endometriosis was lasered! In 1983! (He's 87 now!). Grrrr. Pure politics! Two birds, one stone. Edit trying for some semblance of coherence Edit2. And WHY on earth do they have to "gender" ALL the time? Women 49-51% of population, genderfeels ~2-5% maybe. It's sexism!

Co-CEO Heather Hasson claims to have pulled someone off of Wall Street as she started her business out of the trunk of her car? Bullshit. In fact, her story and this article smell like burning plastic.
