Honestly fuck major league sports that pay billions to people kicking or throwing around a ball.

Sports are good in a community level, specifically for girls and women. But fuck professional sports they make twenty something year old boys out to be gods.

I can’t believe how many times the pausing of professional male sports was brought up during quarantine here in the States. Manlets acted like it was some sort of emergency and it was one of the first things that returned. They all were tested well before the tests were public.

This shit is in no way a priority, yet they acted like the world had ended because they wouldn’t watch men in shorts.

Crimes related to this probably went down during the pandemic, but DV went up because men used it as an excuse to beat women. That’s how the media treated it as circumstantial and not a pattern. Glad people are writing about this. It needs to be addressed as a very real issue

I'm not upset they lost! I'm upset because you asked me why I looked mad! Now I'm mad and it's your fault!

Not to excuse or anything but I'm curious how much alcohol is involved with this as well.

Many people drink on big game days (think super bowl parties or sports bars) and england is no stranger to liquor. I'd be curious of the stats on how many of these people were under the influence when becoming violent and to see numbers on that.
