The Left Is WRONG About Prisons. Prisons are not meant for rehabilitation, they are meant to deter & primarily incapacitate criminals. In that regard mass incarceration is in fact a success not a failure.

just get them off the streets. We should repeal the thing about cruel and unusual punishment too.
