There are pros and cons to this dudes approach, but you really are a lazy piece of shit if you can't corral a cart.

Anyone who cares enough about this to loiter in parking lots and accost people for something that isn't a crime, or even his problem, while wearing a tactical vest has some serious issues.

Oh, I agree. But I'll straight call you a lazy ass in a parking lot if you do it. Do I care enough to record it and act like a cop, no. But I do say something. I wish I wasn't like that, I really do, but I am, for better or worse. It's all of our problem when fucking lazy people can't do something so simple in a civilized society. It harms cars, it costs people money, and it isn't hard to do.

Yeah, can totally understand being irritated by inconsiderate people and making a comment about it, it was the level this guy took things to that I was kind of shocked by.

It's a nice excuse to go outside away from your bosses, get fresh air, and smoke a cigarette. I don't know why employees don't appreciate having this choice task. Like they'd actually rather be under the fluorescent lights dealing with their 5 different bosses nagging them.

Based on a true story... Always loved getting the stray carts back in the day.
