Yes, which is really strange and cowardly. I mean, beat them up in public, not where they're slinging around wangs and can be cornered.
I mean, if you catch them there in some sickness, then by all means, correct that deviant behavior. (You, of course, meaning the person doing the pummeling)

You might be missing the point, you know, the one in their pants.
I think it's a grooming app letting the pervs know where the "bathrooms" are that are ok for them to have their peep shows at.
