Then one day the plastic rein snapped and a kid ran straight under a car.

So they fell out of fashion.

There are only two ages when kids should be kept on leashes:

  • Toddlers, and then only in places where they could waddle off and get hurt, like next to busy roads. Not inside a supermarket.
  • Barely legal hot chicks. (I suppose hot dudes as well if that turns you on.)
